How to return or exchange your new order...

  • Best methods to ensure a smooth return/exchange
  • Return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt with a completed return/exchange form.
    (The manufacturer will not accept any return or exchange beyond 30 days. No exceptions)
  • Be sure your scrubs are unwashed and unworn with exception to trying them on.
    (return them in the same condition they were received by you)
  • Confirm all sewn-in labels and tags are intact. do not remove any tags
  • Be sure all returned scrubs are free of debris.
    (This includes, but is not limited to, pet and human hair, carpet fibers, dust, dirt, etc.)
  • Please put scrubs back in original plastic bag, if available.
    (If not, please insert scrubs into any plastic bag to protect them on the way to us)

  • Next, print our return/exchange form (Adobe Reader required to open and view)
  • On the form, you'll see 2 columns (what you received and what you are exchanging for) Complete the form and mail the items with the form to the address on the top right hand corner of the form. If returning only, write refund only in the "exchange for" column.

  • What is the best shipping method I should use to return my order?
  • You may ship your order to us using any method you choose. We simply recommend getting a tracking number on the package to help ensure proper handling and delivery. Keep all reciepts until your return or exchange is complete.

  • Avoid pack and ship stores, UPS stores, etc as these are shipping retail locations and they generally charge twice the amount you would pay if you went directly to your local post office (USPS). You can also ship you retur/exchange online @

  • May I return embroidered items?
  • Sorry, thre are no returns or exchanges on embroidered items.

  • Am I responsible for return shipping of my order?
  • Yes, you are responsible for return shipping to us, then we'll pay the shipping on the new items you are exchanging for (if you exchange vs. return for refund)

  • If I return my order for a refund, how long does it take to receive my refund?
  • You can expect to see the refund on your original payment method in 4-6 business days from receipt of your return.

  • Are there any restock fees?
  • No, you'll be fully refunded for the items you return unless the discount you recieved is affected by the number of items returned.

  • Is my original shipping charge refundable?
  • Sorry, no. All shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes standard and rush shipping charges (if applicable)
  • What if I recieve an incorrect or defective item?
  • If you receive an item that you did nor order (check your original receipt) or an item that is defective in some way, contact us @ 866-217-2782 option 3 (M-F 9-4 CT) for assistance.
  • We will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve any issues promptly and at no further expense to you.
